Fifth Wheel Motion

The fifth wheel motion defines the attachment between fifth wheel head support and vehicle body. Where, '0' and '1' are mapped to fixed joint (no x axis motion) and revolute joint (x axis motion) respectively. It is use to activate appropriate groups created for the fifth wheel motion.
