Method:
SVC computes caster change as the ratio of y-axis rotation to z-axis displacement at the wheel center due to vertical forces applied at both wheel centers simultaneously.
Left = (180/pi) [C( 5,3 ) + C( 5,9 )] / [C( 3,3 ) + C( 3,9 )]
Right = (180/pi) [C( 11,3 ) + C( 11,9 )] / [C( 9,3 ) + C( 9,9 )]
