Determination of Marker Translational Velocity

This function can be used to determine the translational velocity of any user specified marker with repect to ground
The syntax to access this function is as follows:

0 = magnitude of the velocity
1 = magnitude of the velocity
2 = Longitudinal velocity along X axis of rmrk

4 = Longitudinal velocity along Z axis of rmrk
