Expression language

You use the Adams View expression language to write expressions. Expressions are combinations of constants, operators, functions, and database object references, all enclosed in parentheses. In Adams View you can use expressions to specify parameter values, such as locations of markers or functions of motions.
Adams View uses expressions for two purposes:
To compute values for you, such as when you are entering the radius of a cylinder and the value is not a simple number, but is the result of a mathematical computation.
To parameterize your model.
