To select objects:

■To select a single object, click the part.

■To use the mouse to select a continuous set of objects, drag the mouse over the objects that you want to select or click on one objects, hold down the Shift key, and click the last object in the set. All the objects between the two selected parts are highlighted.

■To use the up and down arrow keys to select a continuous set of objects, click on the first part, hold down the Shift key, and then use the up or down arrow to select a block of objects.

■To select a noncontinuous set of objects, click on an object, hold down the Ctrl key, and click on the individual object that you want.

■To clear any object in the selected list, hold down the Ctrl key and then click the selected object to clear its selection.
