Requests

All bearing results are measured in the bearing reference marker which is fixed to outer ring. This marker is based on the reference marker used for creation of the bearing element.

Following kinematic results represent relative motion of inner ring wrt. outer ring. Bearing force (torque) represents a force (torque) applied by bearing element on the shaft part.
There are following result categories with groups of result sets and underlying requests components available:

Damping_Force - resulting force magnitude due to viscous damping in axial direction
Axial_Squeeze_Velocity - magnitude of squeeze velocity (compression/separation) in axial direction
Power_Loss_Damping_Axial - power dissipated due to viscous damping in axial direction
Friction_Force - friction force exerted by outer ring on block part
Friction_Coeff_wo_smooth - actual coefficient of friction without smoothing
Sliding_Velocity_sign - SIGN(Axial_Sliding_Velocity) smoothed by STEP5 function
Friction_Coeff_with_smooth - actual coefficient of friction with smoothing
Axial_Sliding_Velocity - sliding velocity of block part relative to outer ring
Power_Loss_Friction_Axial - friction power loss; P_frict = |Friction_Force| * |Axial_Sliding_Velocity|

Spring_Length - length of axial spring in operation point
Spring_Deformation - deformation of axial spring in operation point
Spring_Force - spring force exerted between block part and outer ring of bearing
Bearing Fitting Results (result set)
Penetration - penetration of outer ring into housing
Gap - gap between outer ring and housing
Squeeze_Velocity - magnitude of squeeze velocity (compression/separation)
Fx, Fy, Fz - resulting force vector components in bearing reference marker
F_stiff - resulting force magnitude due to material stiffness in radial direction
F_damp_viscous - resulting force magnitude due to viscous damping in radial direction
F_damp_structural - resulting force magnitude due to structural damping in radial direction
Dissipated_power_structural - power dissipated due to structural damping
Dissipated_power_total - sum of dissipated power
Squeeze_velocity_Sign - denotes direction of squeeze velocity (compression/separation)
Contact_Stiff - actual Contact Stiffness
Disp_X,Y,Z - Displacement vector of outer ring relative to housing bore
Ecc_Mag - Eccentricity magnitude of outer ring relative to housing bore
Ecc_Ang - Eccentricity angle of outer ring relative to housing bore
Vel_X,Y,Z - Velocity vector component of outer ring relative to housing bore
Vel_Mag - magnitude of radial velocity of outer ring relative to housing bore
