Angle Measure

Ribbon menu → Design Exploration Tab → Measures container → Create a new Angle Measure and then click Advanced
or
(Classic) Build → Measure → Angle → New/Modify
Creates an angle measure.

For the option:
Do the following:
Measure Name
Change the name for the measure.
First Marker
Enter the marker that defines the tip of the first vector.
Middle Marker
Enter the second marker that defines the vertex.
Last Marker
Enter the marker that defines the tip of the second vector.
Create Strip Chart
Select to display a Strip chart of the measure.
Set the attributes of the measure. Only available when you are modifying a measure. See Measure Attributes dialog box help.
